Each team of 2-10 people has a team captain who is responsible for registering all of their teammates. Upon completion of registration you will recieve an e-mail containing your unique username and password which is used to access your personal web page within Live Healthy Iowa. If you are a part of a team but have not recieved your confirmation e-mail please call a Live Healthy Iowa representative at 1-888-777-8881 ext 4. If you are a captain wishing to register a team return to Live Healthy Iowa's homepage and sign your team up in the Friends and Family section under the state you reside in. If you are a captain you will create your username and password during the registration process.
